EAP: Employee Assistance Services

Isenberg & Associates and Dunham Counseling Center are contracted with a number of regional Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs) that serve employees from businesses throughout the western suburbs.

EAP benefits are short-term confidential counseling for personal and work-related issues without having to go directly through a health insurance plan. Many businesses offer employees between 1 to 5 sessions with a therapist as a free benefit to the employee. Sessions are completely confidential and an employee can generally seek consultation with a therapist for almost any personal, family or work-related issue. Our staff has particular expertise in issues related to substance abuse as well as work-related stress, depression and anxiety, or financial issues.

Contact your human resources department to find out if your company’s benefits plan includes EAP benefits with one of our therapists. If your company offers EAP benefits and your desired therapist is not included in your plan, please contact our office and we will investigate joining your plan.
