Group Therapy


Group Therapy is a recognized form of counseling which has proven helpful to those with problem relationships, those having difficulty coping with a life transition, or with internal conflicts and to those coping with addictive problems. Clients find group therapy to be a safe opportunity to talk with others experiencing similar problems. They may also experience personal growth in being helpful to others in the group. A trained group therapist guides the discussion so that group members can experience the growth and change they are seeking. Groups of up to eight people typically meet for one 1 ½ hours
